You will learn how to release old habits and beliefs that no longer serve you & replace them with a life that you actively choose for yourself, empowering you to overcome depression and anxiety as you take inspired action toward a brighter future. And you’ll do it all among a group of people just like your walking their own path, and guided not just by us but a team of peer-mentors who have stood in your shoes and now share their lessons learned.
