I’m on day 3 of the microdosing and I don’t even know how to describe how effective and important and truly changing this is. Anybody who knows me knows my alcohol intake and my volume. And it’s not for trying, it’s just organic. It changes my desire for escapism, for clearing up whatever it is hurting me. Whether it is childhood, or abuse or Afghanistan. It is a medicine, it is not recreational. I don’t feel like I’m high or stoned, it just feels happy and good and safe. And that’s a really interesting feeling. So it’s been really incredible. It has taken a lot of the bad effects from the withdrawal of pharmaceuticals. I feel genuinely free for the first time in a long time.”

“I think on the off days I find myself slightly more stressed or I feel a little anxious but the off days now feel a lot more calm than before I started this.
